2014 Extra Feedback Program schedule (see earlier posts for more information):  2014 EFP Schedule

Note that exam #3 is due tomorrow, Monday.  It’s PR, which is practically guaranteed to be on your bar exam! You need to know it cold, so don’t miss this opportunity.

Professional Responsibility Summer 2010 Question 2

And keep writing plenty of practice exams on your own and comparing them to the model answers! Realistic, timed exam simulation (no cheating!) and thoughtful answer comparison is the key to success, NOT just studying the law.  Even if you feel like you don’t know it well enough, put your outlines away and practice like you will play the game.  You will learn more by doing this than you may think!  If you plan to wait to write practice exams until you “feel ready,” you never will write a practice exam. (You can mess up; that’s why it’s called “practice!”  In fact, making mistakes now means it is less likely you’ll make them when it counts.)

Remember, “I didn’t write enough practice exams” is the #1 repeater comment!
